Setting Fitness Goals

Setting goals is an important step in achieving the overall results you are seeking. Making sure to keep the goals small is important to keep in mind. Setting a goal too big may set you up for failure.

define: fitness.....in simple words and pls give an example on how to start to be FIT....! it has to do with your diet, with your overall health, with your weight, but also endurance and overall wellbeing having good energy to achieve things u want to do... not only in terms of sports but daily activities.... right???
