How to choose a good Personal Trainer

Choosing a personal trainer is not something that should be taken lightly. After all, you are wanting to reach your goals as quickly and safely as possible. A few things to keep in mind when trying to choose a trainer:

*Make sure they have a certification AND some form of education. It is not enough to be certified. Also do some research on their certification. Make sure it is from a legitimate organization

*Be sure to watch how the trainer interacts with their clients at the gym. You do not want a trainer that does not work with your personality.

*If possible try to watch a trainer when he/she is with different clients. Is he/she training each client the same way? I ask because you want a trainer that will tailor a workout program to suite your needs and goals, and not just plug you into a routine.
