No. When you exercise, your blood flow is directed towards your extremities or the muscles that you're using to exercise. Your body prioritizes these muscles, therefore your digestive system slows down and having food in your stomach will make you feel very uncomfortable and is likely to cause bloating.
It depends on the type and intensity of the activity you do which determines what and when you eat. For moderate-light physical activity, wait 20-30 minutes before exercising and eat foods that are easy to digest (e.g. most fruit) and in a small amount.
Everyone is different. Listen to your body and ask yourself whether you're ready to move from digesting to exercising.
